Trailer design – 7.6 m enclosed tandem axle car trailer, ATM 3500 kg, red body, isometric view B
Trailer design – 7.6 m enclosed tandem axle car trailer, ATM 3500 kg, red body, isometric view C

Full design of a 7.6m enclosed car trailer to ADR and VSB1 requirements, with a tandem axle layout and A-frame drawbar. The rounded front gives a smooth, classic profile with generous internal volume for vehicle transport.
Specification: 7.6m body, approx. 9.0m overall length (including drawbar), 2.46m wide and 2.54m high, ATM 3500 kg.
Scope: Full 3D modelling, chassis and body design, and a complete manufacturing drawing package.

ATM 4500 kg Drawbar – FEA Structural Analysis

Finite element analysis (FEA) of a trailer drawbar rated to an ATM of 4500 kg, assessing stresses and deflections under design load cases to confirm strength and compliance.
Specification: ATM 4500 kg, A-frame drawbar, von Mises stress assessment.
Scope: 3D modelling, load case definition, FEA stress and deflection analysis, hand calculation checks and reporting.

Trailer Design – 7.6m Enclosed Car Trailer (Tapered Front)

Trailer design – ATM3500kg Tapered Front

Trailer design – ATM3500kg Tapered Nose Car Trailer A
Trailer design – ATM3500kg Tapered Nose Car Trailer B

Tapered nose variant of the 7.6m enclosed trailer, designed to ADR and VSB1 requirements with a tandem axle layout and A-frame drawbar. The angled front reduces frontal area for a more aerodynamic profile and a modern look.
Specification: 7.6m body, approx. 8.8m overall length (including drawbar), 2.46m wide and 2.54m high, ATM 3500 kg.
Scope: Full 3D modelling, chassis and body design, and a complete manufacturing drawing package.

Solar Panel Stand – Region C Wind Load Certification (FEA)

Structural certification of a solar panel stand for use in Region C (cyclonic) wind areas to AS/NZS 1170.2. We used finite element analysis (FEA) to assess stresses and deflections under the design wind loads, and checked the results with hand calculations.
Specification: Region C wind classification, von Mises stress assessment against 350 MPa yield, fixed base restraint.
Scope: Wind load calculations, 3D modelling, FEA stress and deflection analysis, and a signed certification report.
